CLASS Regulations 2013 will be fully enforced starting 17th April 2015 (Malaysia)

16th April 2015, the end of grace period for compliance to CLASS Regulations 2013.

Surat Arahan JKKP - (Classification Record & SDS related) - Melaka state (Dec 2016)

Attached here is another "Surat Arahan" from DOSH, apparently due to SDS and Classification Records not adhere fully to ICOP CHC 2014 code of practice. Later the said company engaged my services for Classification Record and SDS authoring.

CLASS Reg 2013 Notis Pembaikan DOSH/JKKP - Chemical Classification

Seen here, a Notis Pembaikan (Improvement Notice) JKKP 3 issued by DOSH Selangor. One of my my client was ordered to do Chemical Classification (GHS) for their chemical products. If the classification of the chemicals fall into hazardous under criterias of CLASS 2013 & ICOP CCHC 2014, then Safety Data Sheets and Labels shall be made available in dual languages, as stated in the Regulations.
