Below is one of the many letters sent out by DOSH Selangor.
Enforcement has begun, to check compliance on the industries.

Surat Arahan JKKP - (Classification Record & SDS related) - Melaka state (Dec 2016)

Attached here is another "Surat Arahan" from DOSH, apparently due to SDS and Classification Records not adhere fully to ICOP CHC 2014 code of practice. Later the said company engaged my services for Classification Record and SDS authoring.
